TMJ Exercises and Relieving Jaw Pain

Temporomandibular disorder is a complication of the joint connecting the jaw to the skull. TMJ causes complications such as jaw pain, limited chewing, and lockjaw. The exact cause of this disorder is still unknown but dentists believe that it may stem from problems in jaw muscles or the joint itself.
